Exchanges are only acceptable if you received the wrong item. If you receive the wrong item please email us at mones.marvelousextensions@gmail.com to send proof. Please make sure the hair is in its natural state. This means free of bleach , dye and uncut. Failure to do so will result in the exchange being canceled. 

When shipping your item we suggest that you purchase shipping insurance and use a shipping service that you are able to track since there is no guarantee that we will receive your return. Depending on where you live it may take a while for your exchanged product to reach you. Shipping address will be provided once an agreement has been reached with both parties.
